Who we are

This website (gloedweb.dev) is run by Gloed, a web developer in the Netherlands. For anything about your personal data, email gloedweb.dev@gmail.com.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details (User-Agent) for every request.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working and secure website (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum.

We have not switched on any logging or analytics, so we do not see or store these request data ourselves. How long Cloudflare keeps them is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you contact us

The WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and email buttons are plain links. Nothing is sent to these services until you click one. After that, their own privacy policies apply.

When you message us, we use your name, contact details and what you write to answer you and to prepare an offer (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep these messages only as long as needed for that, and longer only where the law requires it.

Emails reach us in Gmail, a Google service, and are stored there (Google's privacy policy). WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp, part of Meta (WhatsApp's privacy policy).

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare is a US company and may process data outside the EU. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, in which Cloudflare participates, and by the Standard Contractual Clauses in its Data Processing Addendum.

Google and WhatsApp may also process your messages in the US. Google LLC and WhatsApp LLC both participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and has no forms. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To use these rights, email gloedweb.dev@gmail.com.

If you think we handle your data incorrectly, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If the way this website processes data changes, we update this statement. The date at the top shows the current version.
